When you submit a contact or quote form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and project details. Quote requests also include the service, budget range, and timeline you select. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
We use your submission to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and manage our communication with you. Submissions are stored in our database and are accessible through a protected administrator area. This website does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Cookies and security
The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies by default. The administrator area uses an essential session cookie for authentication. To limit abuse, the server stores temporary request counters associated with a keyed hash of submitted email addresses. Your hosting provider may separately retain access logs.
Retention and your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submission through our contact form. We retain inquiry information while it is needed for follow-up or an ongoing business relationship, subject to applicable obligations. Deployment-specific hosting locations and retention procedures should be confirmed with us when relevant to your inquiry.
